About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Travel Agency Manager to lead our MAX FLORESTA travel agency. The manager will coordinate the team and advise clients on travel services and packages, ensuring sales targets, operational efficiency and customer loyalty.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and guide the agency staff in daily operations.
• Promote and sell travel packages according to internal guidelines and commercial policies.
• Maintain high levels of client satisfaction and foster long‑term relationships.
• Monitor sales performance and implement corrective actions to meet objectives.
• Ensure compliance with reservation systems and company procedures.

Required profile

• University student or graduate in Hospitality, Tourism or a related field.
• 1‑2 years of experience working in a travel agency.
• Intermediate level of English.
• Flexible availability for work schedules.

Required skills

• Proficiency with reservation systems such as Sabre or Amadeus.
