About the role

The Finished Product Storage Manager is responsible for overseeing inventory control of finished goods across central and regional warehouses. The role ensures product availability, inventory accuracy, operational efficiency, and timely dispatch to customers through effective planning and supervision.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate daily warehouse operations to meet delivery schedules.
• Supervise warehouse staff, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Monitor and report logistics KPIs, inventory levels, and storage performance.
• Implement and enforce storage policies, including food safety and hygiene regulations.
• Maintain accurate inventory records using FIFO (PEPS) and FEFO (PVPS) methods.

Required profile

• Degree in Industrial Engineering or Business Administration.
• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Warehouse or Finished Product Storage Manager.
• Proven ability to lead teams and manage large‑scale storage facilities.

Required skills

• PEPS (FIFO) and PVPS (FEFO) inventory methods.
• Warehouse Management System (WMS) proficiency.
• Strong knowledge of food safety, quality management, BPMs and HACCP implementation.
