About the role

Interbanco is seeking a Automation Lead to drive the design and implementation of technology solutions that automate operational and administrative processes across the bank. The role focuses on increasing efficiency, reducing costs, and improving accuracy in banking operations.

Key responsibilities

• Design automation strategies aligned with the bank’s corporate objectives to enhance operational efficiency.
• Research, evaluate, and select appropriate automation tools such as RPA and AI.
• Oversee the deployment of automation solutions and monitor performance indicators.
• Report automation outcomes and KPI results to senior management.
• Collaborate with the infrastructure department to maintain the servers and machines that run automation workloads.

Required profile

• Degree in Systems Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in similar automation or RPA roles.
• Ability to lead and manage the implementation of automation projects.
• Strong analytical mindset to identify automation opportunities within banking processes.

Required skills

• Proficiency with UiPath (analysis, development, Orchestrator administration).
• Experience with Intelligent Document Processing (IDP) technologies.
• Knowledge of programming languages and databases.
• Familiarity with RPA and AI automation platforms.
