About the role

Polyproductos, a Guatemalan company that provides local and regional market solutions, is seeking a Transport Manager to lead and optimise its daily transportation operations.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and supervise daily transport activities.
• Manage routes, delivery schedules and fleet utilisation.
• Monitor fleet maintenance and ensure compliance with safety and delivery timelines.
• Lead transport personnel, resolve operational incidents and maintain performance indicators.
• Collaborate with other departments to improve customer service and overall logistics efficiency.

Required profile

• Experience in transport or operations management, including route planning and resource optimisation.
• Strong customer‑service orientation and communication skills for interaction with internal and external stakeholders.
• Degree in industrial engineering, business administration or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
• Detail‑oriented, results‑driven and organised.
