About the role

The position leads the credit analysis desks for corporate clients within the bank, ensuring that credit decisions are timely, consistent, and aligned with the institution's risk appetite. The role combines risk evaluation, policy application, and team coordination to support portfolio quality and sustainable business growth.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee and manage credit analysis teams handling corporate, real‑estate, and institutional banking clients.
• Conduct comprehensive credit risk assessments and financial analyses for corporate borrowers.
• Apply internal credit policies and current regulations to all credit proposals.
• Coordinate with other banking units to guarantee consistent and timely credit decisions.
• Monitor portfolio performance and contribute to strategies that improve credit quality.
• Drive innovation in credit analysis methodologies and management tools.

Required profile

• Professional degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Finance, Accounting or a related field.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in financial products, preferably in retail or corporate banking.
• Proven track record in corporate credit analysis and financial analysis.
• Demonstrated experience leading analytical teams.
• Strong understanding of banking regulations and internal credit policies.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel proficiency.
