Key Account Manager – Telecommunications

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Key Account Manager to drive growth of our corporate client portfolio in Guatemala. You will be responsible for identifying, prospecting, and closing new business opportunities for integrated connectivity, networking, and cybersecurity solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Expand the private corporate customer base across Guatemala.
• Actively prospect, qualify, and close new sales opportunities.
• Position comprehensive connectivity, network, and cybersecurity solutions strategically with prospects.
• Maintain a pipeline of leads and manage the full sales cycle.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of B2B consultative sales experience in technology or telecommunications, preferably in a corporate environment.
• Proven track record of opening cold markets and building commercial portfolios from scratch.
• University degree in Marketing, Sales, Business Administration or related field.
• Strong self‑management, resilience, and results‑orientation.
• Own transportation (vehicle) for client visits.

Required skills

• Intermediate Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, lookup functions).
