Legal Head, ACC Cluster

About the role

As Legal Head for the ACC Cluster, you will act as a trusted advisor to senior business leaders across multiple jurisdictions, guiding strategic decisions while managing complex legal, regulatory, compliance and commercial matters.

Key responsibilities

• Provide legal counsel to cluster leadership, influencing strategic business decisions.
• Lead legal support across several countries, balancing business priorities with legal risk.
• Advise on commercial, regulatory, compliance, employment, data, digital and AI issues.
• Negotiate high‑value commercial, distribution, licensing and partnership agreements.
• Anticipate risks and deliver practical mitigation strategies.
• Develop and inspire a geographically dispersed legal team.
• Manage legal operations, external counsel and budget resources.

Required profile

• Law degree and admission to practice in at least one ACC Cluster jurisdiction.
• Significant legal experience in pharmaceuticals, life sciences or another highly regulated industry.
• Proven experience advising across multiple countries and legal systems.
• Strong people‑leadership experience, including coaching high‑performing teams.
• Expertise in complex commercial agreements, regulatory matters and risk management.
• Fluent in English and Spanish.
