About the role

We are seeking a strategic professional to lead transformation, continuous improvement, and innovation initiatives across our banking and insurance businesses. The role will drive process optimization, operational efficiency, and enhanced customer experience while managing high‑impact projects and cross‑functional collaboration.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the portfolio of strategic and transformation initiatives.
• Identify and implement improvement, optimization, and innovation opportunities in processes and business models.
• Lead continuous‑improvement and organizational‑transformation projects.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams to ensure successful execution and adoption of initiatives.
• Analyze performance, efficiency, and customer‑experience indicators to support decision‑making.
• Strengthen integration between banking and insurance operations through synergistic initiatives.

Required profile

• Master’s degree.
• Minimum 5 years of experience leading continuous‑improvement, process transformation, operational‑efficiency, or strategic project‑management initiatives.
• Strong command of project‑management methodologies and agile frameworks.
• Highly analytical with the ability to interpret data, spot opportunities, and develop results‑oriented action plans.
• Excellent communication, influencing, and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Preferable experience in financial institutions, banking, insurance, or other highly regulated sectors.
