About the role

The Lockbox Associate provides essential business support in a call‑center environment, handling inbound inquiries, processing transactions, and ensuring accurate data entry for Conduent’s critical services to Fortune‑100 companies and government agencies.

Key responsibilities

• Answer and assess incoming calls, determining immediate service, transfer, or follow‑up.
• Identify customer needs by reviewing case notes and applying standard scripts.
• Enter and update client information in the database while adhering to service‑level agreements.
• Escalate complex issues to senior staff according to established guidelines.
• Communicate company policies and provide specialized information in a warm, empathetic manner.
• Perform routine call‑center activities related to business products and services.
