About the role

We are looking for an experienced Maestro de Obra to join our team in Zone 11, Ciudad de Guatemala. The role involves leading field personnel and ensuring that all construction activities are carried out according to design plans, technical specifications, and safety standards.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and supervise field crews on civil works projects.
• Verify that work complies with architectural and engineering drawings.
• Enforce technical specifications and safety regulations on site.
• Monitor progress of road, bridge, earthwork, and pavement activities.

Required profile

• Proven experience in civil road construction.
• Experience with bridge construction and grade‑separation works.
• Background in earthworks and pavement installation.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, levels, and topographic references.
• Experience assembling pretensioned and post‑tensioned beams.
• Capability to lead and manage work crews effectively.
