About the role

INGRUP is looking for a dedicated Occupational Health Physician to lead its occupational health programs. The professional will provide medical care to employees, conduct health risk assessments, and support preventive actions across multiple plant locations.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver medical consultations and follow‑up care for employees.
• Implement and manage occupational health plans and programs.
• Conduct periodic medical examinations and issue recommendations.
• Provide first‑aid response and coordinate referrals when needed.
• Analyze health data to drive preventive initiatives.
• Participate in Occupational Health and Safety committees.
• Support compliance with legal requirements and audit processes related to occupational health.

Required profile

• Medical degree (Licenciatura en Medicina y Cirugía).
• Specialization or training in Occupational Health.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in similar roles, including outpatient care and administrative duties.
• Strong knowledge of general medicine and applicable occupational health and safety legislation.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and decision‑making abilities, especially under high‑demand situations.
