Médico Ocupacional – Atención y Prevención de Salud Laboral

About the role

INGRUP is looking for an Occupational Physician to lead its occupational health program across multiple plant locations. The professional will provide medical care to employees, conduct health assessments, and drive preventive actions to reduce workplace health risks.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver medical consultations and follow‑up care for all collaborators.
• Design, implement and monitor occupational health programs and preventive plans.
• Conduct periodic medical examinations and issue health recommendations.
• Provide first‑aid assistance and coordinate referrals when necessary.
• Analyze occupational health data to identify trends and propose preventive measures.
• Participate in Health and Safety Committees and support compliance with legal requirements.
• Assist with audits and documentation related to occupational health regulations.

Required profile

• Medical degree (MD) with a specialization or training in Occupational Health.
• Minimum three years of experience in occupational medicine, including outpatient care and administrative duties.
• Strong knowledge of general medicine and applicable health‑and‑safety legislation.
• Preferably a Master’s degree in Occupational Health, Risk Prevention or a related field.
• Willingness to travel between plant sites located on Avenida Petapa, Calzada Atanasio Tzul and Santa Rosa.
• Excellent communication, analytical and decision‑making abilities in high‑pressure situations.

Required skills
