About the role

We are seeking a dependable Messenger to manage the delivery and collection of documents and parcels across a designated route. The position requires punctuality, accurate handling of items, and the ability to provide verifiable proof of delivery while maintaining high service standards.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver and collect documents or packages according to the assigned route.
• Obtain signatures, stamps, or other delivery evidence from recipients.
• Maintain accurate delivery logs and update the system in real time.
• Ensure items are handled safely and securely during transport.
• Meet established delivery time windows and adhere to the Monday‑Friday schedule (8:00 am – 5:00 pm).
• Report any delivery incidents such as delays, incorrect addresses, or returns to the dispatch team promptly.

Required profile

• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Ability to follow a daily schedule from Monday to Friday, 8:00 am – 5:00 pm.
• Physical capability to lift and transport parcels of varying sizes.
• Attention to detail when handling paperwork and delivery documentation.
• Good communication skills for interacting with recipients and reporting issues.
