About the role

The BIM Modeler/Drafter will develop and maintain BIM models and technical documentation for architectural, structural, and MEP projects. Working from design guidelines, base plans, and established technical criteria, the role ensures accurate, high‑quality graphical output and interdisciplinary coordination.

Key responsibilities

• Model architectural, structural and MEP elements in Revit following company standards.
• Create and update construction drawings, plans, elevations, sections, details, and technical sheets derived from BIM models.
• Generate BIM‑based drawings ensuring consistency between the model and documentation.
• Incorporate both geometric and non‑geometric information required for each project.
• Review models and drawings to detect errors, inconsistencies, interferences, or missing data.
• Support coordination among architecture, structure, and MEP disciplines.
• Apply revisions to models and drawings based on project feedback.
• Assist in extracting quantities and data from the BIM model.

Required profile

• Degree in Architecture or Civil Engineering (mandatory).
• At least 2 years of proven experience producing technical and construction drawings.
• Minimum 1 year of hands‑on BIM methodology, modeling and documentation.
• Strong attention to detail, precision, and ability to work within delivery schedules.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD.
• Advanced proficiency in Revit (Architecture, Structure, and preferably MEP).
• Experience with IFC export and information exchange.
• Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
• Familiarity with BIM collaboration and coordination tools.
