About the role

We are looking for a highly technology‑oriented professional to ensure continuous IT support services, timely incident resolution, and reliable operation of the institution’s technological infrastructure. The role focuses on maintaining service levels, managing technology resources, and driving efficient solutions that support business operations.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the intake, classification, and resolution of software and hardware incidents while meeting established SLA targets.
• Design and promote technology solutions that improve efficiency, stability, and sustainability of the IT infrastructure.
• Administer budgets for computing equipment, licensing, and technology services, identifying optimization opportunities.
• Oversee the implementation of updates, patches, and security policies across all institutional devices.
• Provide support for audit processes, regulatory requirements, and vendor management related to technology services.

Required profile

• Degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in technical support, technology infrastructure, or IT service management.
• Strong analytical abilities, problem‑solving orientation, and a continuous‑improvement mindset.
