About the role

The company is looking for a Processor Operator to handle customer interactions through a call‑center environment and support basic IT tasks. The role combines office administration, technical assistance, and front‑line service to ensure smooth processing operations.

Key responsibilities

• Manage incoming and outgoing calls, providing courteous and efficient customer service.
• Use Microsoft Office tools to document interactions, generate reports, and maintain records.
• Assist with general computer tasks and troubleshoot basic IT issues.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure processing workflows meet quality standards.
• Participate in training sessions to acquire specific operational skills.

Required profile

• Responsible, polite, and respectful attitude.
• Strong orientation toward customer service.
• Previous experience in a call‑center or customer‑service role is preferred.
• Student or graduate of a Computer Technician program or a related field.
• Possession of a motorcycle or other personal transport is advantageous.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
