About the role
The Farm Operator is responsible for carrying out field activities on a farm, following the established procedures that guarantee the best possible results for the operation. This role works directly in the agricultural environment, focusing on consistent execution of tasks to support overall farm productivity and quality.
Key responsibilities
- Execute field activities in strict accordance with the farm’s standard operating procedures, ensuring each step is performed correctly.
- Monitor the progress of daily tasks and adjust actions as needed to achieve optimal farm outcomes.
- Maintain compliance with safety, quality and environmental guidelines while performing all field work.
