About the role
The Farm Operative will carry out field activities on a daily basis, following established procedures to ensure the farm achieves its best possible results. This position involves hands‑on work in an outdoor environment and requires a basic understanding of animal care.
Key responsibilities
- Execute field tasks according to the farm’s standard operating procedures.
- Monitor and maintain conditions that contribute to optimal farm performance.
- Apply knowledge of animal care when handling livestock or related duties.
Required profile
- 0–2 years of experience in a similar farm or agricultural role.
- Demonstrated knowledge of animal care.
- Ability to work outdoors and follow procedural guidelines.
