About the role

The Operario de Producción 1 is responsible for carrying out non‑critical, first‑level operational tasks on the production floor. This entry‑level position supports the manufacturing process by ensuring productivity, quality, and food safety standards are met. The role works under supervision, following defined procedures, policies, and processes to ensure the production plan is achieved. The operator must follow safety guidelines and report any issues promptly.

Key responsibilities

• Execute first‑level operational activities that are classified as non‑critical.
• Maintain productivity and adhere to production, quality, and food safety standards, including HACCP requirements.
• Complete assigned tasks efficiently, meeting the production load for each area.
• Produce goods in compliance with governmental regulations and technical specifications.
• Safeguard company assets by ensuring proper use and maintenance of equipment.

Required profile

• Primary education up to sixth grade (or equivalent).
• No prior work experience required.

Required skills

• Basic understanding of HACCP food safety principles.
