Pastry Chef / Baker (Panadero Pastelero)

About the role

We are looking for a skilled Pastry Chef to lead our bakery and confectionery operations. You will be part of a multicultural team that serves airline, airport, and hospitality clients across the Caribbean and Latin America, ensuring high‑quality baked goods for travelers.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate daily bakery and pastry production, including frozen product handling.
• Manage inventory of raw materials and finished goods.
• Supervise and schedule bakery staff, ensuring compliance with safety and hygiene standards.
• Maintain product quality, consistency, and presentation for all customer touchpoints.
• Collaborate with culinary and aviation support teams to align offerings with client needs.

Required profile

• Proven experience in bakery and pastry preparation.
• Leadership ability to organize and motivate a team.
• Strong knowledge of frozen product storage and handling.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, multicultural environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Familiarity with various computer systems used for inventory and scheduling.
