Personal Injury Case Manager

About the role

Valore Office Solutions, an outsourcing company in Guatemala, is seeking a Personal Injury Case Manager to guide clients from intake through resolution. The role involves managing cases, coordinating with legal and medical parties, and ensuring clients receive timely support.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of personal injury matters from intake to settlement.
• Serve as the main point of contact for clients, keeping them informed and supported.
• Request, track, and organize medical records, bills, police reports, and other evidence.
• Communicate with insurance adjusters, medical providers, and opposing parties.
• Prepare demand packages and settlement documentation with attorney oversight.
• Track deadlines, statutes of limitations, and case milestones.
• Coordinate with attorneys, paralegals, and litigation staff.
• Maintain accurate case notes and files in the case management system.

Required profile

• 2+ years of personal injury case management or related experience.
• Knowledge of California personal injury procedures, medical liens, and insurance claims.
• Excellent communication skills and empathy for injured clients.
• Strong organization, follow‑through, and time‑management abilities.
• Proficiency with case management software (e.g., Clio, Filevine, Litify) and Microsoft Office.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish.
• Ability to maintain high‑speed internet and a quiet home office.
• Availability to work from home without interruptions during working hours.

What we offer

• Salary of Q 7,000.00 to Q 9,500.00 per month.
