Phone Sales Recovery Agent

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Phone Sales Recovery Agent to join our fully remote team. You will contact customers whose orders failed to process and work to recover those sales through phone calls, emails, and text messages.

Key responsibilities

• Call, email, and text customers with incomplete orders to recover sales and boost revenue.
• Address customer concerns, offer assistance, and provide incentives to complete purchases.
• Follow up persistently and professionally to improve conversion rates.
• Maintain accurate records of all interactions and sales activities.
• Achieve weekly or monthly sales recovery targets.

Required profile

• Strong work ethic and self‑motivation.
• Comfortable with manual dialing and reaching out to leads.
• Excellent communication skills across phone, email, and text.
• Positive attitude, resilience to rejection, and ability to work independently.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment.

• Zoom (for daily team video calls).
