Phone Sales Recovery Agent

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Phone Sales Recovery Agent to contact customers whose orders did not process, using phone calls, emails, and texts to recover sales and boost revenue.

Key responsibilities

• Call, email, and text customers whose orders failed, aiming to recover sales.
• Engage customers, address concerns, and offer incentives to complete purchases.
• Follow up persistently and professionally to increase conversion rates.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions and sales activities.
• Meet or exceed weekly/monthly sales recovery targets.

Required profile

• Strong work ethic and self‑motivation.
• Comfort with manual dialing and outreach.
• Excellent communication skills across phone, email, and text.
• Positive attitude and passion for sales.
• Ability to work independently and handle rejection.
• Resilience in a fast‑paced environment.
• Prior phone sales or telemarketing experience is a plus.

• Octane benchmark speed of 20,000 or higher.
• Backup power and internet system.
• Fast, reliable laptop or desktop with working microphone and camera.
• Noise‑cancelling headset.
• Zoom video‑conferencing capability.
