About the role

The company is looking for a dedicated Logistics and Events Driver to operate a medium‑size cargo vehicle in Guatemala City. The role involves safe and punctual transport of merchandise, equipment, and furniture between the store, warehouse, customers, and event locations for the "Parrilla Experience" concept.

Key responsibilities

• Drive the assigned medium‑load vehicle to deliver goods (grills, supplies) to stores, warehouses, and clients.
• Transport furniture, equipment, and materials required for "Parrilla Store Experience" activations and events.
• Assist with loading, unloading, and basic on‑site assembly/disassembly at event locations.
• Plan and optimise delivery routes to meet scheduled times.
• Perform daily vehicle checks (fuel, cleanliness, documentation) and report any issues promptly.
• Hand over merchandise with proper documentation and obtain client signatures.
• Comply with Guatemalan traffic and road‑safety regulations.
• Coordinate logistics schedules with the operations team and the Events & Customer Experience Coordinator.
• Maintain basic vehicle upkeep and support additional store operations when needed.

Required profile

• Valid heavy‑vehicle driving licence (medium cargo vehicle) in Guatemala.
• 1–2 years proven experience as a driver or delivery professional.
• Good knowledge of Guatemala City routes and surrounding areas.
• Flexibility to work variable hours, including weekends and holidays as per delivery and event calendars.
• Professional appearance and courteous client interaction.
• Clean criminal and police record; preferably a recent driving record without serious infractions.
