Procurador/a

About the role

The Procurador/a will ensure the agility of legal administrative processes within the company. You will supervise timely compensation to claimants and manage the receipt, validation, and payment of fees for our network of lawyers in the metropolitan area and other departments.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the processing and payment of indemnizations to aggrieved parties.
• Receive, validate, and disburse attorney fees for the firm’s lawyer network.
• Coordinate legal actions across Zone 13 and other regions of Guatemala City.
• Maintain compliance with Guatemalan general laws, traffic regulations, and automobile insurance coverage policies.

Required profile

• University student pursuing a degree in Legal Sciences and Social Sciences, with at least one year of coursework completed.
• Minimum one year of experience in the legal field, preferably in the insurance sector.
• Proactive, analytical, problem‑solving attitude with strong diplomatic and interpersonal abilities.
• Availability to work onsite in Zone 13 of Guatemala City.
