Property Onboarding Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail‑oriented Property Onboarding Specialist to manage the onboarding of new short‑term rental properties into our portfolio. You will coordinate with owners, vendors, cleaners and internal teams to ensure each property is fully prepared and operational before going live.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the end‑to‑end onboarding process for new properties, collecting documents, photos, access details and inventory lists.
• Set up and maintain listings on Airbnb, VRBO, Booking.com and other platforms, ensuring accurate rates, availability, fees and policies.
• Configure properties within PMS/channel manager systems and coordinate photography, cleaning, maintenance and inspections.
• Create and verify property descriptions, amenities, house rules and check‑in instructions.
• Work with owners and vendors to resolve onboarding issues and meet launch deadlines.
• Conduct quality‑control checks and maintain onboarding trackers, documentation and status updates.

Required profile

• 1–2+ years of experience in property management, short‑term rentals, hospitality or operations.
• Strong organizational, project coordination and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

• Experience with Airbnb, VRBO, Booking.com or similar platforms.
• Familiarity with PMS/channel management systems such as Guesty, Hostaway, Hostfully, Lodgify or Hospitable.
• Proficiency with Google Workspace, spreadsheets and operational tools.
