Quality Assurance Analyst – On-site in Guatemala City

About the role
We are looking for a Quality Assurance Analyst to join our team in Guatemala City. The role is fully on‑site and focuses on ensuring quality and continuous improvement across our logistics and transportation operations.
Key responsibilities
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor service performance.
- Conduct internal audits and assess process compliance.
- Standardize processes and support initiatives that enhance operational efficiency.
- Document procedures, create SOPs and flowcharts.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree (or final semesters) in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Quality Management or a related field.
- At least 1 year of experience in a QA role, preferably within a BPO environment.
- Strong analytical mindset, attention to detail and results‑oriented attitude.
- Intermediate to advanced English proficiency.
Required skills
- Knowledge of Quality Management Systems.
- KPI analysis.
- Advanced Excel and other office tools.
- Process documentation (SOPs, flowcharts).
