About the role
The Business Center is looking for a proactive Receptor Pagador to handle administrative and operational tasks, promote the institution’s financial products and services, and deliver personalized, high‑quality service to clients.
Key responsibilities
- Perform daily administrative and operational activities within the Business Center.
- Promote and explain financial services and products to customers.
- Provide excellent, personalized customer service and resolve client inquiries.
- Handle cash transactions accurately and maintain numeric records.
Required profile
- High‑school diploma (Título a nivel diversificado).
- At least one year of experience in customer service.
- Availability to work Monday through Saturday.
Required skills
- Strong customer‑service orientation.
- Cash‑handling ability.
- Good numerical aptitude.
