Receptor Pagador (Cuilapa)

About the role

The Receptor Pagador will work in the Business Center, handling administrative and operational tasks while promoting the institution's financial services and products. The role requires a proactive attitude and a focus on delivering personalized, high‑quality service to customers.

Key responsibilities

• Perform cash handling and payment reception duties accurately.
• Assist customers with inquiries, offering solutions and promoting financial products.
• Carry out routine administrative tasks related to transactions and record‑keeping.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment within the Business Center.

Required profile

• High‑school level education (diversified graduate).
• At least one year of experience in customer service (preferred).
• Availability to work Monday through Sunday with rotating rest days.
• Professional appearance and strong numerical aptitude.
