Remote Bilingual Litigation Legal Assistant

About the role

We are looking for a detail‑oriented, bilingual Litigation Legal Assistant to join a high‑volume plaintiff litigation practice on a remote basis. The role supports attorneys throughout client intake, documentation, and case preparation, ensuring accuracy and professionalism at every step.

Key responsibilities

• Complete and prepare Plaintiff Fact Sheets, Liability Questionnaires, Damage Questionnaires, and other case‑specific forms.
• Review client submissions from Formstack or similar platforms and transfer data into required legal documents.
• Apply legal judgment when reviewing responses, not merely performing data entry.
• Communicate directly with clients via phone, email, text, or virtual meetings to gather information and resolve gaps.
• Build rapport with clients while providing empathetic, service‑oriented support.
• Identify incomplete or inconsistent information and follow up with clients as needed.
• Organize and summarize client data to create complete, attorney‑ready files.
• Assist in gathering documentation related to damages, liability, injuries, medical treatment, and employment impacts.

Required profile

• Law degree and licensed attorney status in your home country.
• Fluent in written and spoken English and Spanish.
• At least two years of experience supporting litigation matters in a law firm or legal environment.
• Strong legal writing, analytical thinking, and documentation abilities.

Required skills

• Formstack (or similar intake/questionnaire platform) proficiency.
