Report Specialist

About the role

The Report Specialist reports to the Chief Strategy Officer and is responsible for turning raw data into clear, actionable reports and dashboards that support decision‑making across the organization. The role combines data extraction, analysis, and visualization to monitor key performance indicators and identify growth opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Extract and validate data from databases, CRMs, and spreadsheets ensuring accuracy and consistency.
• Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and visualizations using PowerBI, Qlik or Tableau to track KPIs.
• Analyze trends, patterns and variances, highlighting operational bottlenecks and opportunities.
• Prepare data‑driven presentations for monthly client performance meetings.
• Collaborate with department managers to fulfill reporting needs and perform routine audits of existing reports.
• Document report definitions, data sources and workflows, and recommend process improvements.

Required profile

• Associate degree in Data Analytics, Computer Science, Business or related field; Bachelor’s preferred.
• 1‑3 years of experience in data analytics, business reporting or financial services, preferably in collections or legal environments.
• Strong analytical, critical‑thinking and problem‑solving abilities with high attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for presenting complex data to non‑technical audiences.
