About the role

We are seeking a Zone Manager to lead the operation of multiple restaurant units, ensuring operational efficiency, compliance with business indicators and high standards of customer service.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the overall operation of several restaurant locations, guaranteeing performance, profitability and quality targets.
• Execute commercial strategies that boost sales growth and operational efficiency.
• Ensure adherence to service standards, food safety, operational procedures and the customer experience.
• Develop, coach and monitor the performance of teams across all units.
• Manage and analyse operational indicators, commercial results and process optimisation.
• Travel between units as needed and adapt working hours to operational demands.

Required profile

• Minimum of 3 years managing multi‑unit operations in the food & beverage sector.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Marketing or a related field.
• Proven experience leading teams and developing operational leaders.
• Willingness to travel between locations and flexibility in scheduling.
