Routing & Logistics Specialist (Dispatcher)

About the role

We are looking for a detail‑oriented Routing & Logistics Specialist who will manage real‑time transportation operations. The position starts part‑time during a training period and transitions to full‑time based on performance, with flexible shift coverage including evenings, nights and weekends.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and monitor shipments, routes and delivery schedules in real time.
• Assign loads to drivers and communicate updates to ensure efficient operations.
• Track shipments, identify delays and proactively resolve disruptions.
• Maintain accurate records of deliveries, issues and operational updates.
• Collaborate with internal teams such as operations, planning and customer support.
• Optimize routes and resource allocation to improve efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with company procedures and logistics best practices.

Required profile

• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Comfort working under pressure in a fast‑paced environment.
• Excellent communication and problem‑solving skills.
• Availability for flexible shifts, including weekends or nights.
• Previous experience in logistics, dispatch or transportation is a plus but not mandatory.

What we offer

• Training period compensation of $800 per month.
