Senior Consultant – AI & Solutions Engineering (Bilingual)

About the role

As a Senior Consultant in AI & Solutions Engineering, you will design, develop and deliver end‑to‑end technology solutions for mid‑market clients across the United States and LATAM. You will act as the bridge between engineering teams and business goals, creating scalable architectures and AI‑driven capabilities that modernise legacy systems.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement full‑stack solutions, including AI applications, virtual agents and CX copilots.
• Build robust ecosystems using RESTful APIs, Webhooks, micro‑services and event‑driven architectures.
• Integrate enterprise SaaS platforms such as Freshworks and Webex, ensuring secure, agile and scalable banking and telecom connections.
• Lead technical delivery, conduct demos and present solutions to C‑level stakeholders.
• Translate business needs into technical roadmaps, focusing on ROI, latency reduction and user experience.
• Resolve technical blockers autonomously and devise work‑arounds for third‑party API issues.
• Travel to the US for high‑level business engagements and support strategic closings.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, IT or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in software development or solutions architecture.
• Advanced bilingual English (C1/C2) with confidence to lead technical presentations and negotiations.
• Strong analytical thinking, consultative communication and business acumen.
