Senior Finance Analyst – Consolidations & Reporting

About the role

Join TELUS Health’s Finance team as a Senior Finance Analyst focused on consolidations and reporting. You will support monthly, quarterly and annual close processes, drive budgeting and forecasting activities, and contribute to strategic projects that improve financial visibility across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare consolidation files for monthly and quarterly close processes for leadership reporting.
• Compile and analyze monthly financial results and create results packages.
• Facilitate budget and forecast cycles, including data collection, deck preparation, and reconciliation.
• Maintain and communicate month‑end, forecast, and budget schedules.
• Produce ad‑hoc reports and analyses for internal stakeholders.
• Lead special projects aimed at improving consolidation and reporting efficiency.
• Ensure month‑end processes comply with SOX requirements.
• Collaborate with internal audit and controllership teams to support audit requests.
• Participate in cross‑functional teams to identify and implement process improvements.
• Present and champion process change proposals to key stakeholders.
• Assess financial impact of business‑plan changes and provide insightful recommendations.
• Build and maintain relationships with finance peers, senior leaders, and the leadership team.
