Senior Frontend Engineer

About the role

AgileEngine is seeking a Senior Frontend Engineer to design and develop high-complexity, data-driven email templates and reusable UI components. You will work with React, TypeScript and Apache Velocity to turn Figma designs into modular, responsive code that pulls live data via APIs and SQL queries.

Key responsibilities

• Build personalized, high-complexity email templates and product-specific reusable components using React, TypeScript and Apache Velocity.
• Convert Figma designs into modular, responsive code within the internal email platform.
• Integrate live API data and complex SQL queries to populate dynamic email content and lifecycle marketing audiences.
• Reduce reliance on external engineering by creating self-service, AI-assisted architecture in collaboration with Design Systems.
• Ensure production-ready email templates with validated A/B testing setups and measurement tracking.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s (or Master’s) degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field.
• 4+ years of professional front-end software engineering experience, with recent focus on React.
• Strong software engineering principles applied to email-centric UI development.
• Experience integrating front-end interfaces with backend services and APIs.
