Senior Full Stack Developer – Python, React, Data‑Intensive Apps

About the role

AgileEngine is seeking a Senior Full Stack Developer to design, build, and maintain both backend services and frontend interfaces for a large‑scale marketing analytics platform. You will work on data‑heavy features that surface, validate, and resolve issues from ETL pipelines, data lakes, and machine‑learning model outputs.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain scalable REST APIs using Python (FastAPI or Flask).
• Build responsive user interfaces with React and TypeScript.
• Handle large datasets, performance‑sensitive queries, and data validation logic.
• Package applications with Docker and manage PostgreSQL schemas and migrations.
• Leverage AI‑assisted development tools while ensuring long‑term code quality.
• Collaborate directly with client engineers to clarify functional and non‑functional requirements.
• Communicate daily via Slack and Google Meet.

Required profile

• 5–7 years of full‑stack development experience.
• Strong proficiency in Python (FastAPI or Flask) and TypeScript/React.
• Solid understanding of relational databases, especially PostgreSQL, and migration processes.
• Experience with data‑intensive applications and performance‑critical queries.
• Hands‑on use of AI‑assisted coding tools and ability to critically evaluate generated code.
• Comfortable working in a Mac/Linux terminal environment (Bash, Makefiles).
• Excellent communication skills and ability to defend technical decisions.
• Upper‑intermediate English proficiency.
