Senior Tech Generalist – Full-Stack Engineer

About the role

Capchase is looking for a Senior Tech Generalist who will own the entire technology stack, from customer‑facing interfaces to core financial services. You will work in a fast‑moving fintech environment, shaping product direction and delivering high‑impact features from day one.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain end‑to‑end systems across frontend and backend to support both external workflows and internal operations.
• Evolve the architecture to improve scalability, reliability, and security while balancing speed and long‑term maintainability.
• Own and enhance core financial components such as payment orchestration, ledger infrastructure, underwriting engines, reconciliation pipelines, and real‑time deal tracking.
• Ensure all systems meet strict correctness, traceability, and auditability requirements.
• Collaborate with product and data teams to turn insights into technical solutions.

Required profile

• Proven experience building full‑stack applications in a high‑growth environment.
• Strong ownership mindset with the ability to define architecture and drive implementation.
• Comfortable working autonomously, making pragmatic trade‑offs, and delivering reliable, production‑grade code.
• Interest in fintech and financial infrastructure is a plus.
