Service Coordinator – Remote (LATAM)

About the role

We are looking for a remote Service Coordinator to schedule, coordinate, and support service operations for our U.S. clients. The role is fully remote, focused on LATAM talent, and emphasizes work‑life balance and professional growth.

Key responsibilities

• Schedule and coordinate service appointments, work orders, and technician dispatching.
• Serve as the main point of contact for clients regarding service requests and updates.
• Create, assign, and manage work orders in service management systems.
• Track service jobs to ensure timely completion and follow‑ups.
• Communicate with field technicians to resolve scheduling issues.
• Maintain accurate records of service activities, invoices, and documentation.
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and service‑related concerns professionally.
• Monitor service performance, ensure SLAs are met, and generate operational reports.

Required profile

• Advanced English proficiency (C1‑C2) and a commitment to remote work.
• 2+ years of experience in service coordination, dispatch, or similar administrative roles.
• Strong organizational, multitasking, and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and manage multiple priorities.

Required skills

• Experience with scheduling or CRM/dispatch systems.
