About the role

We are looking for a friendly and proactive Customer Service Associate to work at our Parque Las Americas branch. You will be the first point of contact for visitors, ensuring they receive accurate information, fast service, and a pleasant experience.

Key responsibilities

• Assist and advise customers throughout their visit.
• Take and prepare orders according to established standards.
• Provide information on products, toppings, promotions, and available options.
• Process payments and handle various payment methods correctly.
• Maintain a courteous attitude and deliver a positive service experience.
• Resolve customer questions, requests, or issues and forward them to the manager when needed.
• Keep the customer area clean, organized, and well‑stocked.
• Follow hygiene, food‑handling, and cleaning procedures.
• Check product presentation and quality before delivery.
• Support receipt, storage, and inventory of products and supplies.
• Assist with inventory counts and stock control for the branch.
• Achieve sales targets and service performance indicators.
• Help with various operational tasks during the shift as required.
• Adhere to brand policies, procedures, and standards.
