About the role
We are looking for an IT Support Technician Level 1 to provide first‑line assistance to internal users. The role involves diagnosing hardware and software issues, handling service requests, and ensuring smooth operation of IT equipment.
Key responsibilities
- Receive and prioritize support tickets via phone, email or ticketing system.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware, software and network problems at the user’s workstation.
- Document solutions and maintain accurate records of incidents.
- Escalate complex issues to higher‑level support teams when necessary.
- Assist with the setup and configuration of new devices and peripherals.
Required profile
- Male, aged between 19 and 35 years.
- High school diploma in computing or currently studying a degree in Computer Engineering or related field.
- Minimum of one year of experience in a technical support position.
- Own a motor vehicle for commuting purposes.
