Supervisor de Cámaras – Inventario y Control

About the role

The company seeks a Supervisor de Cámaras to oversee inventory administration and control of finished products and baskets across its cold and dry warehouses. The role ensures accurate stock levels, proper SKU management, and reliable inventory data for sales and reporting.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate monthly or cyclical physical inventory counts for finished products and baskets in owned and leased cold warehouses.
• Manage creation, expansion, or deactivation of SKUs in the master data to avoid order‑taking or invoicing delays.
• Validate mobile‑warehouse balances in SAP for orders and deliveries, guaranteeing real‑time inventory accuracy.
• Supervise internal waste accounting records and flag atypical behavior.
• Monitor inter‑company driver and distributor basket balances, reconciling differences with customers.
• Perform daily reconciliation of dry‑goods (pet food) stock to maintain safety stock and minimize discrepancies.

Required profile

• Degree in Business Administration or Public Accounting.
• At least 2 years of experience in similar FMCG roles, leading teams of 20+ people.
• Hands‑on experience with FEFO inventory methodology, audit support, and inventory reconciliations.
• Availability to work Monday‑Saturday and own a vehicle for occasional site visits.
