About the role

The Warehouse Operations Supervisor will manage the finished‑product warehouse, guaranteeing accurate inventory control, optimal space usage, safe product movements, and compliance with quality and safety standards. The role also includes leading the warehouse team to meet daily operational plans.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise physical inventory counts, recounts and resolve discrepancies.
• Investigate inventory differences and coordinate SAP adjustments.
• Coordinate loading, unloading, inbound and outbound product flows according to daily schedules.
• Ensure proper storage, distribution and rotation of products within the warehouse.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional areas to maintain supply continuity.
• Assign tasks, monitor performance and handle shift‑related incidents for warehouse staff.
• Enforce industrial safety, quality, food safety, orderliness and cleanliness standards.
• Monitor availability and condition of forklifts and other operational resources.
• Participate in quality and food‑safety audits and follow up on corrective actions.
• Prepare and track reports and KPIs related to movements, inventories and warehouse performance.

Required profile

• University degree in Industrial Engineering, Food Engineering, Chemical Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in warehouse operations, logistics or inventory management.
• Proven experience supervising personnel.
• Knowledge of inventory, storage and distribution processes.
• Familiarity with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, ISO 22000 and good manufacturing practices is desirable.
