About the role

The Refrigeration Supervisor is responsible for coordinating and supervising preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance of refrigeration and air‑conditioning systems in a production environment. The role ensures high equipment availability, operational continuity, and compliance with quality, safety, and food‑safety standards.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and monitor maintenance programs (preventive, corrective, predictive) for refrigeration and HVAC equipment.
• Guarantee a minimum equipment availability of 96% and achieve at least 98% completion of preventive maintenance schedules.
• Manage technical staff and area resources to ensure timely fault resolution and minimal downtime.
• Optimize refrigerant consumption and overall resource efficiency.
• Maintain accurate records of inventory movements, materials, and work orders.
• Ensure compliance with Occupational Safety and Health, Quality, and Good Manufacturing Practices.

Required profile

• University student with at least two approved years in Mechanical, Electromechanical, Electrical, Industrial Engineering or a related field.
• Technical or professional certification in Refrigeration & Air‑Conditioning, Electromechanics, or Industrial Electricity.
• Minimum three years of experience maintaining industrial refrigeration and air‑conditioning systems in production plants.
• At least two years supervising or coordinating maintenance technicians.
• Availability to work in Zone 13 on rotating day and night shifts.
