Technical and Administrative Support Agent (Cat. III)

About the role

NTU International A/S, an international consulting firm providing project management and technical advisory services, is recruiting a Technical and Administrative Support Agent (Cat. III) for an EU-funded project in Guatemala City. The project supports the action "Enhancing Circular Economy in the Motagua River Basin" and runs for 40 months, starting around 11 January 2027. The agent provides technical, administrative, logistical and operational support to the implementation of project activities.

Required profile

• University studies of at least 3 years in fields related to Green Transition, preferably circular economy; in their absence, 5 years of equivalent professional experience.
• At least 3 years of professional experience managing cooperation programmes and projects.
• Proven experience in Green Transition sectors such as water and sanitation, waste, energy and biodiversity.
• At least 3 years of experience working with public institutions, the private sector, civil society (including the Academy) and on logistics issues.
• Knowledge of the local context is an asset.
• Spanish at C2 level and English at minimum C1 level are mandatory.
