About the role

SONDA Guatemala is looking for a Systems and Networks Technician to join its technical team. You will be responsible for ensuring the reliability and performance of the company’s and clients’ technology equipment.

Key responsibilities

• Inspect, install, maintain and repair all technological equipment used by SONDA and its clients.
• Configure, maintain and troubleshoot hardware for current and upcoming projects.
• Verify operational status of devices under your responsibility and document findings.
• Maintain accurate records of all interventions, including incident logs.

Required profile

• High‑school diploma in industrial, electronics, electromechanical, mechatronics, automotive or a technical degree in electronics.
• 1 to 3 years of experience in technical support, electronics or related fields.
• Willingness to work rotating 24/7 shifts.
• Own motorcycle for site visits.
