About the role

The company is seeking a Technical Maintenance Leader to oversee the upkeep of its infrastructure and industrial electrical systems. The role combines hands‑on technical work with the supervision of a maintenance team, ensuring reliable operation of facilities.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and execute preventive and corrective maintenance activities for electrical and electromechanical equipment.
• Supervise and guide a team of technicians, assigning tasks and monitoring performance.
• Perform basic repairs in painting, masonry, plumbing and operation of chipping machines.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records and generate reports using Microsoft Office tools.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.

Required profile

• Technical degree in Electricity or Electromechanics.
• Minimum three (3) years of experience in infrastructure, general services or industrial electrical maintenance.
• Ability to manage personnel and work independently.
• Valid type‑C driving licence.
