Trainer II

About the role

Do you have a passion for learning, coaching, and developing people? We’re looking for a Trainer II to join our team and help prepare our workforce through engaging, impactful, and client‑focused training.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver new‑hire, product update, and refresher training sessions.
• Facilitate engaging learning experiences using various methodologies and modalities.
• Monitor trainee progress, provide coaching, feedback, and readiness recommendations.
• Partner with Operations to ensure smooth transition from training to production.
• Maintain up‑to‑date product and process knowledge.
• Identify opportunities to improve training materials and curriculum.
• Evaluate training effectiveness through surveys, interviews, focus groups, and other feedback methods.
• Contribute to a continuous learning and development culture.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• 2–4 years of relevant experience preferred.
• Experience with training methodologies and soft‑skills development.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Strong organizational and time‑management abilities.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work under pressure.
• Excellent attention to detail and relationship‑building skills.
• Advanced English level.
