Treasury & Payments Leader

About the role

Genpact is seeking a Treasury & Payments Leader to drive payment processes, ensure results, and showcase performance to client stakeholders and internal teams. You will lead a team of payment professionals, align operations with business objectives, and partner across functions to deliver efficient, compliant payment solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of payment professionals, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with senior management to align payment operations with overall business objectives.
• Oversee day‑to‑day ERP management for automated payment processing and ensure accuracy of workflows.
• Partner with AP, Treasury, IT, and finance teams to troubleshoot ERP issues and support system upgrades.
• Coordinate compliance with internal policies, external regulations, and industry standards.
• Implement the new Manual Payment System and migrate users and payment activity.
• Establish KPIs, develop automated dashboards, and report performance to senior leadership.

Required profile

• Experience in Treasury or AP Payments.
• Advanced, fluent English communication.
• People leadership and teamwork abilities.
• Knowledge of ERP systems (SAP, Oracle).
• Advanced Excel proficiency.
• Lean mindset, critical thinking, and proactive attitude (preferred).
