Valet Parking Manager (Oakland Place)

About the role

We are looking for a Valet Parking Manager to provide a safe, fast and reliable valet service for visitors of Oakland Place and Las Margaritas. You will ensure a positive welcome experience by correctly receiving, safeguarding and delivering vehicles while following the mall’s security and service protocols.

Key responsibilities

• Receive and register incoming vehicles from guests.
• Park, retrieve and hand over vehicles efficiently and securely.
• Maintain compliance with all safety and security procedures.
• Coordinate with the mall’s operations team to ensure smooth traffic flow.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly.

Required profile

• High‑school level education (diversified).
• Valid driver’s license issued at least five years ago.
• Availability for rotating shifts.
• Basic knowledge of Excel.
• Minimum one year of experience in similar roles such as vehicle driver, Uber driver or delivery driver.
• Strong customer‑service orientation.
